Therefore, I consider that the SilveRpès product meets the definition of a cosmetic product (article 1 of the directive 2003/15/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 February 2003 amending Council directive 76/768/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member of the States relating to cosmetic products and article 2 of regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products).
